With more than three decades invested in artificial turf industry, we have spent much time learning how to craft synthetic turf that is eco-friendly. This pursuit has resulted in frequent facility expansions. In fact, this past fall, we began a new project. We are building a 42-acre campus in Dalton, Georgia. This build will allow us to combine manufacturing, sales, and distribution all in the same space – a 250,000 square foot facility.

By having this new space, we will have the ability to make the time from production to installation quicker so clients have a shorter wait time. The new Challenger Industries location will also improve quality control thus increasing our ability to better produce an environmentally friendly product that is ideal for homes, businesses, and sports fields.

Our new facility in Dalton, Georgia will have state of the art equipment that enhances and simplifies the art of tufting, coating and water jet fabrication so that the finished product looks even more like natural grass, but still with the minimal maintenance so enjoyed by our synthetic turf family. These improvements make artificial turf from Challenger better than ever for all your lawn and sports field needs.
